There are very few stores today that offer the experience, customer service and know how the Speaker Shop provides. I have been a customer for more than thirty years and I've never been disappointed. They have never tried to oversell me, but they've always taken the time to make sure I am aware of various options. I've purchased home theatre and stereo equipment there through the years and I've always appreciated that I've never felt rushed into buying anything. Also, they have always been very fair when it comes to pricing and very honest and up front about what you're buying and how different pieces of equipment compare with one another. They have a wide assortment of the best (quality wise) equipment. After having also shopped at Audio Craft in Cleveland several years ago, developing a relationship with the folks at the Speaker Shop was like a breath of fresh air. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I high recommend that if you're in the market for a home theatre or great stereo you check them out first. I doubt you'll go anywhere else.

If u r having problems with your vintage speakers that u love, don't buy new ones. Take them here to be repaired. Their customer service is amazing and their price is very reasonable. They repaired my 1984 Fisher speakers and they sound great!

Awesome service. Had an old technics amp & dual cassette deck that needed repair. Fair pricing, quality repair, & excellent turn around time. Definitely will be utilizing their services for replacing some missing speakers for the system. Knowledgeable staff and excellent selection of speakers, equipment, etc... & if you buy new, they can ship it to you (plus shipping free). Highly recommend you swing by if you love high quality sound for your system or need extra equipment!

Exceeded all expectations. I was hesitant given the amount of money a high quality McIntosh amp costs but my experience here was superb. Mike helped me with everything. I was able to listen to the amp I wanted paired to my actual speakers! There was zero sales pressure and they truly just had fun listening to music with me and answering questions. They kept me updated on my order while it was being manufactured then I picked it up. Everything pristine. I will always go here from now on. There is nothing better. Update 5/31/24: I have spent over 50k here and there is no one I would trust more. I had an issue with a defective item and the setup was not to my taste either. They quickly handled the situation and I could not have been more impressed. I wanted to update this so others know that when spending this kinda of money on hifi they know they are getting top-notch service.

I live a couple hours away but this is the closest place to go for me to indulge in this niche market. As it's not close, I only get here once or twice a year but when I do I feel like I'm greeted by my old friends I only get to go play golf with once in a blue moon. I feel its genuine too. They seem eager to see what I'm interested in and my impressions on things. Parting ways with the guys is never easy and usually just as painful as realizing how long it will be till i get to hear those beautiful sonus Fabers, magico, hegel, luxman or what ever else managed to make me all giggly. Excellent selection and prices. Till next time guys (which will be soon)

Service, enthusiasm, knowledge, and selection like this is why brick and mortar stores can’t and shouldn’t be replaced by online stores. Simply the best service you can get. Even if they overcharged (which they don’t, they match too) I’d support them just for how delightful they are. I worked with John whose knowledge, friendliness, and passion make me want to come back week after week. Everyone else there has also been filled with humor and warmth and excitement about the never ending pursuit of better sound. 10/10 no notes.

It's great to still have a local small business to purchase from in the area. They answer questions and knowledge you don't get buying online. Wish I knew about them a little earlier, but they have a new customer. Recently purchased some Klipsch speakers and they helped me with some solid speaker stands.

Stopped in for a turntable repair and ended up talking with Jon and the staff for an hour about all of the great products in their shop. They were able to diagnose and handle my issue at a great price and with a very fast turnaround time. Highly recommended!

The whole Speaker Shop crew is incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about all of their AV equipment. I came in with a vague idea of the home theater setup I wanted and left with a better understanding than I ever thought possible. They saved me money by recommending what would work best for me rather than the priciest item in the store. The installation team was top notch, answered all my questions and even left my nitpicky wife in awe of their cleanliness when the job was done. Can’t say enough how good their customer service is compared to any other company I have ever dealt with.
